A week ago, the Avalanchecup returned to Lyon... and so did we ! The conditions were perfect apart from a really strong wind which made the first and third straight even tougher for ... a good test of fitness ! The "pro" field was full of big names, Hill, Rennie, Fairclough, Neethling to name just a few, probably due to the World Cup in La Bresse the following weekend, Witnessing Sam Hill riding a full on DH bike with his trusty Fiveten and ending up just a tenth of a second behind Aurelien Giordanengo, who was in full "BMX" mode, was worth the trip on its own...
